Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for maintaining merchandising, cashiering, and store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Work collaboratively within the ALDI team to uphold the company's standards and deliver outstanding service.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
- Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
