We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a team environment.
