Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store premises to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing assigned duties.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures, adhere to company policies, and ensure document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail experience desirable.
