Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
