Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
