Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
