Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) at ALDI

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register
• Safely operate equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and within a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
