We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience would be advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role's requirements.
