Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Good physical fitness to handle merchandise and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma preferred.
