Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Proficient in customer service and cash handling
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
