Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of operating various equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Must meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
