Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, provide outstanding customer service, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
