Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, general cleaning duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
