Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by efficiently handling merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Competence in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
