We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
