Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping, communicate clearly with team members and management
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer service
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and various equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures, excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
