Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling and inventory procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
