Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times.
• Accurately process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, provide feedback on products, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
