Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support the overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management procedures and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
