Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour, with an average of 32-40 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory control procedures and adhere to cash handling policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
