Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and assist in cashiering.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while following all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, operate a cash register, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
