Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, welcoming, and operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper shelf stocking.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
