Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi and play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working 32-40 hours per week, you will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
