Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback to improve product quality and report any issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
