Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience being advantageous.
