Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Manage inventory, execute store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies and procedures, and follow company policies
• Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards in the store

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience desirable
