Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Execute general cleaning tasks to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide prompt customer service.
• Capable of using and handling store equipment responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
