Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for working independently and as part of a team.
