We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
