Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory issues and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and all company procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience considered for qualification.
