Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
