Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, assist with stocking and shelving, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and stock merchandise, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma preferred
