We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are merchandised attractively, and customers receive exceptional service. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store upkeep.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of following safety guidelines and operating store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
