Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain product displays with attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while handling transactions at the cash register.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
