Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate with store management, and offer feedback.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting state requirements for alcohol sales.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
