Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store maintenance. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
