Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Comply with company policies, upholding document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
