Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. With an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, you will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. qualities in all tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays neat.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
