Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback to management and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
