Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the team to enhance the shopping experience and deliver exceptional customer service.

Starting Wage

• $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Provide courteous service and follow company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
