We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Follow cash handling policies and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt, friendly customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
