Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
