Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the M.A.P. principles consistently in your role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain shelves and displays, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
- Assist in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, ensure security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
