Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, merchandising, and keeping the store clean and presentable.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Ensuring accuracy in inventory counts and following cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
