Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are stocked and organized.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on store operations and product issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
