Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with established company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and other equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
