Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
