Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by performing merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning tasks. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a well-organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies, cleaning standards, and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
