We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
