We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-merchandised, stocked, and clean to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to maintaining a positive store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling
